PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly contact important persons to be assembled as keymans by calculating the contact priority of assembled persons in each communication means on the basis of the priority of assembled persons and the communication means in the case of contacting the persons to be assembled for emergency assembly. ;SOLUTION: The contact system for assembling persons at the time of emergency assembly comprises an emergency contact assembly device provided with an assembled person priority table for storing the priority of assembled persons, a priority table storage part for storing a communication means priority table for storing the priority of a communication means with assembled persons, and a communication means control part for calculating the contact priority of assembled persons in each communication means on the basis of the information stored in the assembled person priority table and the communication means priority table, determining the contact priority of the assembled persons and contacting the assembled persons in accordance with the contact priority, and a communication means for transmitting contact from the communication means control part to respective assembled persons.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
