PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recording information other than color and voice simultaneously with video in the partial pixel of a moving image, and for recording information in video to be interpolated and corrected in reproduction and for reproducing the information. PSOLUTION: There are provided a means for storing quantity that is converted into numbers and varies with time; a means for converting the numeric value into the quantity of variation of bit depth that is bit depth per one pixel of the moving image or smaller; a means for determining record pixel position information, namely to which pixel position of the moving image of the next frame the quantity of variation in the next frame is recorded for storage; a means for setting the recording bit depth of the recording bit depth recording pixel position information of the quantity of recording position variation of the variation data of an initial frame, so that the sum of the recording bit depth of the quantity of variation and that of the recording pixel position information is the bit depth per pixel of the moving image or smaller; a means for recording the quantity of variation after conversion and the recording pixel position information at a specific position in the moving image; and a means for recording the moving image to which the data are recorded as if it were a normal moving image.
