PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a greening base material for a slope greening construction, designed to eliminate the malodor of sewage sludge through mixing coagulated water supply sludge with the sewage sludge and to prevent the malodor from emanating, promote germination, prevent dust diffusion when spraying and decrease rebound in a construction of spraying to slope using a mortar spray machine through mixing and fermenting sewage sludge and chipped construction waste to bring the resultant product into compost and mixing konjak fine powder with the resultant material. SOLUTION: This method for producing the greening material comprises mixing and fermenting the sewage sludge as the main material with the chipped construction waste and bringing the resultant product into the compost. The greening material at a volume ratio of 60-80% is mixed with the water supply sludge subjected to sludge coagulation treatment at a volume ratio of 40-20%.
