PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oligosaccharide having a new structure and provide a method for producing a new oligosaccharide by using a reaction of an enzyme having pyranose-type and fructose transfer activity. PSOLUTION: The new oligosaccharide is a compound expressed by general formula (1) (RSP1/SPis H or glucose bonded at 3-site; and RSP2/SPis H or glucose bonded at 1-site provided that RSP1/SPand RSP2/SPare not glucose at the same time).
