PSOLUTION: A CDMA adaptive antenna array base station designing method is provided with means 200 for calculating an antenna pattern Gs(y) of an array element; means 300 for calculating an adaptive antenna array pattern Ga(x, y) based on a wavelength, a element number, an element interval, and Gs(y); and means 400 for calculating an interference reduction rate Aes(ψSBm/SB) for its own cell and an interference reduction rate Aeo(ψSBm/SB) for other cells by using Gs(y), Ga(x, y), a sector split number S, and a segment split number M; and a means for calculating the communication quality × accommodated user number by using Aes(ψSBm/SB), Aeo(ψSBm/SB), a spread gain pg, a sound rate VA, a load margin η, and a ratio between other cell interference and own cell interference.
