PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate auxiliary pads from main pads in a mold for bending process and to simplify a moving structure of auxiliary pads.;SOLUTION: By using a flexible part 22, an auxiliary pad 15 is set to a main pad 14. Because of the flexure of the flexible part 22, the auxiliary pad 15 is oscillated between 'a retreat position' shown as dotted line and 'a press position' shown as full line. To this end, the mold does not have a slide structure of the auxiliary pad 15 to the main pad 14 and deterioration of repeatability caused by rickety movement of the slide structure is not generated in each press. And so, the accuracy of parts for control of the rickety movement to the minimum and the adjustment of each part, which are necessary for the slide structure, are not needed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
