PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily cut a barlike gellike object into a thin piece by a cutter provided at the time of use in a vessel storing the barlike gellike object.;SOLUTION: An inner cylindrical part 14 hanging through an inward flange 13 from a lower end of a grip cylinder 12 is suspended in an outer cylinder 1 of an upper end opening so as to move vertically, and a front half part from above to below of the inner cylindrical part is cut out to form a window hole 21. Moreover, a lid plate 15 opening and closing an upper end face of the grip cylinder 12 is connected with a part of an upper end of the grip cylinder through a thin-walled hinge 16, a handle 32 protrudes outward from a cutout part 18 provided in the part of the upper end of the grip cylinder 12, and a cutter 31 storing a flat platelike part 33 having substantially same outside diameter as an inside diameter of an inner cylindrical part provided at a tip of the handle into the grip cylinder 12 is provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
