PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a rain water outflow restricting and recycling facility for storing rain water in a water collecting tank for recycle and for infiltrating water into the ground from a side surface of the water collecting tank when the amount of rainfall is large.;SOLUTION: This rain water outflow restricting and recycling facility is formed of the water collecting tank 1 having a side surface opening in a side wall thereof, an inflow pipe 12 for collecting rain water, a water level sensor 14, a water intake pipe 15 for pumping water inside of the tank, and a water supply pipe 13 for supplying water from the water service on the basis of a signal from the water level sensor. A water passing duct 3 for gradually passing water is installed in the side surface opening, and a water permeable sheet 42 is stretched around the inner surface inside of the ground outside of the side surface opening, and a permeation chamber 4 filled with the crushed stones 41 inside thereof is arranged inside thereof.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
