PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve execution efficiency for installing an armoring material on a wall surface having a recess-projection like a retaining wall composed of a spacing block.;SOLUTION: Inner-outer metal fittings 14 and 15 are provided for clipping an end part of the armoring material 6. Both metal fittings 14 and 15 are bored with a long groove 19 extending over the almost total length. A high nut 21 for holding and fixing an interval is welded to the inner metal fitting 14. Since the inner metal fitting 14 can be fixed to an anchor nut 9 even in any part of the total length, the anchor nut 9 can be accurately installed in a part having no inclination and joint. Thus, even if there is a recess-projection on a wall surface, the armoring material 6 can be efficiently and accurately installed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
