Resistant member with oxidation corrosion resistant alloy coating, and a corrosion-resistant oxidation coating layer

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide heat-resistant member provided with a coating layer excellent in resistance to oxidation and corrosion even at a high temp. instead of an MCrAlY alloy layer. ;SOLUTION: An Ir-Al-Ni alloy metallic layer 103 is formed on the substrate 101 of an Ni-base superalloy single crystal. The metallic layer 103 consists of, by weight, 8-24% Al, 19-58% Ni and the balance Ir with inevitable impurities, and the thickness is controlled to 0.5-300m. Further, a TBC layer 104 of a ZrO₂-base columnar ceramic is formed on the metallic layer 103. The TBC layer 104 consists essentially of ZrO₂ and contains at least one among Y₂O₃, MgO and CaO, and the thickness is controlled to 20-600m.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
