Final disposal of leachate treated water

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of evaporation treatment. SOLUTION: A disposal site 10 has a concave waste-housing part 12 with its upper end opened. A pipe 14 having holes for discharging a decoction W2 is installed in the housing part 12. An artificial raining facility 20, a water treatment facility 22, and an evaporation facility 36 are installed in the disposal site 10. The evaporation facility 36 has an evaporation tank 38 with its upper end opened which houses leachate treatment water W3 and numbers of evaporation acceleration members 40 placed in the evaporation tank 38. The acceleration member 40 has a property to elevate liquid by a capillary phenomenon and is formed in the shape of a rod. In the acceleration members 40, when the treatment water W2 is introduced into the evaporation tank 38, the upper part side protrudes upward from the surface of the treatment water W2 introduced into the evaporation tank 38, and part of the lower part side is immersed in the treatment water W2.
