PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a piece of new-style seamless clothing made of felt, which is away from the conventional idea about the manufacture of clothing and the use of felt, also rich in creativity in designing aspects, and to provide a method for producing such a piece of clothing. ;SOLUTION: This method comprises the following steps: mutually superposing plural sheets of laps (a) and b for reinforcing felt, wherein a core material 6 made of a net is interposed between a first layer 11a and a second layer 11b thereof each made of short-length natural fibers with milling property such as that of wool; interposing a form material 12 for separation between each pair of laps (a) and b so as not to come in contact with each other except for contact portions necessary for clothing structure; integrally milling both the laps for reinforcing the felt by hardening treatment through a press-felt manufacturing process followed by cutting the thus hardened material to a desired shape, and thereafter, removing the form material 12 therefrom.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
