A hand tool comprising a first arm, further comprising a first handle, a first plate-like body coupled to the handle, a first jaw coupled to the first plate-like body and a second arm pivotally coupled to the first arm, the second arm further comprising a second handle, a second plate-like body coupled to the handle, and a second jaw coupled to the second plate-like body. The first arm and the second arm further comprise a first channel and a second channel forming a negative space when the first arm and the second arm are coupled together suitable for receiving an elongated member inserted lengthwise through the hand tool through the negative space.
