The present relates to compositions sweeteners used to produce foodstuffs with a Profile of sweetness and flavor comparable to HFCs 55.The compositions include Sweeteners, in general, at least a carbohydrate Sweetener selected from the group consisting of sucrose and HFCs 42 HFCs 55, together with an effective amount of a Composition of High Intensity Sweetener. The High Intensity Sweetener composition includes acesulfame K, aspartame and sucralose.Food Products made with the use of Reduced Calorie Sweetener compositions of this exhibit a Flavor Profile comparable to HFCs 55 and a Calorie reduction of 50% or more.
