Computer System of Artificial Vision for Process Automation of Visual Inspection, through the analysis of images. With Machinery and instruments capabilities of Classification of samples into groups of acceptance and rejection, or in different categories, according to the physical differences detected in the samples.The system includes at least one device to capture Images, and at least one computer with monitor, the Pentium III or above, with at least 40 Gigabyte Hard Disk and special software based on Artificial Intelligence, Neural Networks and Genetic programs. The system is trained using Examples from different categories to recognize.Physical signs operates with visual, auditory, or originating in any physical process that signal transduction, Analog Digital Conversion and vectorization for entry into the computer, including x-rays or gamma rays. The system is especially suitable for the Automation of Quality Control samples and products in industrial production lines.
