The use of standard proteu00c8mico plasma diagnosis, classification, prediction of response to therapy and behavior clu00ecnico, stratification of therapy, and monitoring disease in haematological malignancies.The present invention demonstrates that the diagnosis and prediction of clinical behavior in patients with haematological malignancies, such as leukemia, can be accomplished by analysis of proteins present in the plasma sample.Therefore, in the present invention uses special method to create or predict the plasma profile of proteins of haematological malignancy.That includes the collection of plasma samples from a population of patients with haematological malignancies; generation of a spectrum of proteins of plasma samples with or without fractionation; comparison of the spectrum of proteins with clinical data, and identification of markers protu00e9 ICOS in plasma samples that correlate with the clinical data.The dull proteins identified by this approach can then be used to create a profile of proteins that can be used to diagnose haematological malignancy or determine the prognosis of haematological malignancy.
