The invention relates to construction industry, in particular, to frameworks for fabricating long building structures, including columns, cross bars, beams and to design of said columns, cross bars, beams, including long-span structures and can be used in erection of residential, public and administrative buildings and structures as well as restoration and reconstruction thereof. According to the invention the universal transformable framework for fabricating long building structures comprises at least one longitudinal forming cavity for corresponding, preferably simultaneously fabricated structures comprising forming surfaces and a pallet mounted on discrete supports with rigid fixing them thereto, mainly in the middle part of the pallet enabling to slide on the rest of the supports, at least, along the length and adjusting of the pallet height position on the supports, wherein the pallet is provided with discrete-positioned fixing units of the central board and fixing units arranged along the longitudinal edges for opening longitudinal outer drop sides of the pallet forming other forming surfaces, the framework is provided with traverse forming cut-off, mainly removable, end diaphragms. The inventive framework is used for fabricating long building structures including beams, columns, cross bars and long-span structures of variable width from hardening material with reinforcement, mainly from reinforced concrete. The technical result of the invention is aimed at reducing usage of materials and labor input, shortening the erection time, possibility to execute operations under any weather conditions, predominantly in regions related to rigorous climatic zones with low negative temperatures in winter season with simultaneous reduction of time of execution of work, production of reliable structures with improved technological features and better quality, enabling to fabricate simultaneously several building items of different dimension types including long-spanned.
