The invention relates to construction industry, in particular, to units for fabricating pre-stressed building structures including floor slabs and can be used in erection of residential, public and administrative buildings and structures as well as restoration and reconstruction thereof. A universal technological line is designed for fabricating pre-stressed building structures, mainly road and aerodrome plates, floor slabs including for pre-cast with cast-in-place construction, cover plates, tramway, railway and subway plates, trusses, edge beams, interfloor slabs, preferably of T-shaped section. The technological line comprises a vibroconcrete placer, a formwork as a pallet with longitudinal boards fixed, at least, in working position on the pallet, a reinforcement feed, erection and tension device with a tension unit and removal of stress, the device is positioned at one end edge of the pallet and an anchor station positioned at the other edge end of the pallet, wherein the longitudinal boards, at least one of them, are (is) arranged with convergence of the longitudinal axis, to the pallet longitudinal axis to a value constituting (09-30)∙10m, the pallet rests on stationary supports providing vertical adjustment of its forming surface at erection and operation steps, wherein the pallet is rigidly fixed in its middle part, while its extreme ends rest on supports adapted to sliding in case of temperature deformations. The inventive technological line is designed for fabricating a building structure and a floor slab which are independent invention objects. The technical result of the invention is aimed at reducing usage of materials and labor input, shortening the erection time, possibility to execute operations under any weather conditions, predominantly in regions related to rigorous climatic zones with low negative temperatures in winter season with simultaneous reduction of time of execution of work, production of reliable structures with improved technological features and better quality, enabling to fabricate simultaneously several building items of different dimension types including long-spanned structures.
