The presented herein controlled-combustion fuel-saving systems and accessories suited for cooking and heating purposes are destined to save fuel by right combustion, global exploitation, management and valorisation of the heat they emanate. Such systems featuring the innovations of the present invention are: a) the heat supply system of adjustable combustion 11 for fireplaces; b) the heat supply system of adjustable combustion 156 for ovens; c) the heat supply system of adjustable combustion 10for chimneys; d) the heat supply system of adjustable combustion 147 for oven-stoves; e) the heat supply system of adjustable combustion 133 for furnace-stoves. All systems exhibit common main accessories and features.
