The present invention relates to liposome encapsulated oxaliplatin. The said drug, either in monotherapy or in combination therapy with other pharmaceutical preparations and anticancer genes co-encapsulated into the oxaliplatin encapsulating liposome is used for killing cancer cells in a variety of human and animal malignancies after intravenous injection. The invention also relates to liposome co-encapsulation of more than one different pharmaceutical preparations or genes, used to combat cancer cells.
