: The Ceramic Vacuum Microglobules/Microspheres which have been separated from Fly Ash a residue and pollutant formed during coal combustion in Thermal Power Plants is added and blended ( in the proportion ranging from 100 grams to 300 grams per Kg of Paint depending on the nature of paint) to any paint or coatings like Exterior Acrylic Emulsion, Interior Acrylic .Emulsions, Cement based paints, Epoxy Coatings, Poly Urethane Coatings, Acrylic Urethane Coatings, Enamel Coatings, Alkyd paints, Aluminum paints etc.. in a paint mixing vessel fixed with a mixing paddle attached to a slow speed motor, to make it Solar Heat Resistant, Insulative and Solar Heat, UV and Infra Red rays re radiating coatings. This improves the longevity, Corrosion and Abrasion resistance of the coated surface, enhance their reflective qualities and make them Heat and Sound proof Secondly being added at the stage ofmolten raw material as a substitution of conventional fillers in Plastics, Electric and Refractory material production, in order to increase the longevity, improve the finish and enhance their qualities.
