I 3) Specific dry heat application on chemical impregnated substrate results in instant reaction, speed and reduced water, energy and time. 4) The pre-cleaning unit removes maximum residues by water sprinkling, soaking and vacuum suction, enhance easy washing. S) The water immersed air washing principle gives excellent washing and vacuum suction at every unit reduces contamination in subsequent tanks. 6) Counter current washing reduces water consumption 7) The impurities ( suspended solids and dissolved solids) are directly removed by vacuum suction, leading less pollution load, easy effluent treatment and more reuse scope of wash water after treatment. 8) Multi layer, multi web processing is also feasible.
