The present invention discloses a conveying mechanism for micropore board single photon counter comprising an upper planker, a lower planker and a long pulling board, wherein said lower planker is provided with a guide rail chute in the X-direction thereon, and said upper planker is provided with a guide rail thereon which slidably fits into the guide rail chute for movement of the upper planker in the X-direction; said upper planker is further provided with a sliding chute thereon having a width equal to that of said long pulling board, which is slidably inserted into said sliding chute as a sliding guide rail of the upper planker in the Y-direction. Not only the entire structure of the conveying mechanism is simplified by use of this design, but also accurate movement orientation of the upper and lower plankers and precision of sample detection are improved simultaneously. Moreover, the drive motor and other relevant electric appliance components are all fixedly attached to the frame rather than the guide rail, which reduces the weight of moving components and avoids movement of the lead wires of electric appliances, thereby improving reliability of the entire Mechanism.
