A tire molding drum enabling the suppression of investment cost in the core body of the tire molding drum used in a tire molding system for molding multiple sizes of tires and a reduction in stock of spare core bodies, and the tire molding system, a process designing method, and a manufacturing method for the tires manufactured by the tire molding drum. A plurality of rigid segments forming the core body of the tire molding drum are formed by arranging a plurality of distance pieces of the same thickness and end pieces forming both outer portions thereof parallel with each other in the lateral direction of the core body, and detachably arranging these distance pieces with their thickness direction facing in the lateral direction of the core body.
