The software is designed to carry out the following steps: (A) ask a respondent a question following the voluntary registration and identification of the respondent during a market research session; (B) processing the answer given by the respondent via the information input means; (C) repeating steps (a) and (b) a given number of times; (D) announcing a free reward (e.g. a starter course for a meal); and (E) immediately dispensing the reward at the respondent`s location via a product output means. The system comprises a central computer connected to one or more stations each comprising an information input means such as a keyboard, a monitor screen with a mouse, a touch screen or a mobile phone, an information output means such as a monitor screen and a product output means. An independent claim is also included for a dispensing machine for free products which is linked to this information processing system.
