With the use of an infrastructural system, the 'Phising' problem is watertightly resolved with the aid of a "Four-sided control". The system comprises:- - A certification component with which valid electronic reports are certified in order to make them visible in the chain. The certificates can be configured with different parameters, such as a usability period; - A PKI infrastructure which secures legitimately protected senders against misuse of certificates; - A certificate data-base (1), in which certificates of valid electronic reports are protectively stored; - A control component which communicates with the communication systems of service providers. The control component controls each incoming report from protected senders (I). This occurs through the certificate beign recalculated, the result of which is compared with the certificates stored in the certificate data-base; - A supply and escalation component which allows valid electronic reports to be supplied by the addressee (II) or allows processing of non-valid reports in accordance with a special procedure and, if necessary, submitted to escalation; - A component which can provide invisible and/or visible characteristics to valid electronic reports in order to make these visible in the chain for programming and/or persons.
