System for lower extremities positioning for minimally invasive front access of implantation of artificial hip is designed so that a hip lifter with a leg holder enables implantation of artificial hip by access between muscles without damaging them along with instrumentation help so that by lifting the hip lifter by means of a hook (E) and lowering down a horizontal muscle of a leg (6) into a bottom position and by rotation of a foot by means of a shoe supporter (10) front dislocation of the hip joint is done. System enables the use of x-ray apparatus during operation for the purpose of accurate hip prosthesis positioning.
