Trimming removes arms (1;7;10) while the offspring from an arm (3) is trimmed in a vault (4), and in the height from the first string (5) and tied to a pole (6) and lineages shooting from the vault (4) by trimming form arms (9) and are tied to the first string (5) so as to form at the arms (9) with grapevine sorts, a short vine-shoot (11) and, with table sorts, a vault (12) that is tied to the second string (13). Removing the short vine-shoot (1; 7; 10) is done in three years' time, otherwise the yield on the short vine-shoot (11) and vaults (12) will dry a vine plant of the grape vine.
