SYSTEM FOR GUIDING THREE-DIMENSIONAL LASER WORKING PROCESSES ON THE BASIS OF MEASUREMENTS OF WORKPIECE SHAPE

A system for guiding three- dimensional laser working processes, presented in the invention, is solving the problem of how to guide the laser beam during laser working in a three-dimensional working space. Based on measured values of a three-dimensional shape and position of a workpiece, the system guides the focus of the laser beam across the workpiece, changing at the same time also parameters of the laser working process, first of all the power and the speed of motion of the laser beam across the surface of the workpiece. Determination of position and shape of the workpiece is solved on the basis of application of an optical measuring device. The basic idea of the present invention lies in the execution of the optical measuring device, which is supported by the application of the laser working system for the needs of structured illumination in measuring the position and shape of the workpiece.
