摘要

The proposed method for determining the content of ascorbic acid in product by sorption specrophotometric analysis consists in treating the sorbent with the product, by dissolving the product sample in the sorbent, and determining the optical properties of the treated sorbent. As the sorbent, silica gel modified by phosphomolybdic heteropolyacid is used. The absorption pf light in the thin layer of the sorbent is determined by heterochromatic photometry at radiation wavelengths of 690 nm and 999nm.
