METHOD FOR ANESTHESIA IN SURGERY IN LOWER LIMBS

The method for anesthesia in the surgery in lower limbs provides for the spinal anesthesia. The topical anesthetic, the opioids, alpha-adrenomimetics, and proserin as anticholinesterase agent are administered intratecally at low doses. In addition, 0.5 mg of atropine is injected intravenously at the beginning of the spinal anesthesia. In the case of nausea or vomiting, atropine is injected once again.
