The method for preventing and treating thrombophilia in the course of gestation and postpartum consists in the use of heparin in the setting of antiaggregant and vitamin therapy. Heparinoid of plant origin, Pentosan polysulfate SP54 is prescribed intramuscularly followed by oral administration of the preparation until the attainment of the physiological parameters of hemostasis system.
