A method of stage complex medical rehabilitation of patients with the chronic obstructive disease of lungs includes the use of standard basic therapy with mucolytics, antibiotics, bronchial spasmolytics and the action of physical factors. On the hospital stage of medical treatment intraorganic electrophoresis of lipin in combination with chamber speleotherapy and complex of exercises of the special medical physical training are used. Thereafter on ambulatory stage electrophoresis of bischofite for the projection of roots of lungs is assigned with next special physical training.
