SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATED CONTROL OF COAL DUST WITH HIGH CONCENTRATION SUPPLY TO BOILER BURNERS

摘要

A system for automated control of high concentration coal dust supply to boiler burners has aeration dust-feeders with their control bodies for variation of flow rate of high-concentration coal dust to each burner connected to individual fuel controllers of aeration dust feeders to inputs of which through signal multiplier output of common fuel controller is connected, this is connected through multiplier together with indicator of air pressure to air controller for aeration output connected to control valve of common collector of compressed air for aeration, at that it additionally includes indicator of dust level in intermediate dust tank with its output electrically connected to controller of air supply for aeration.
