A method for treatment of macular edema at maculedystrophy includes use of capillary stabilizing agent. In order to obtain the decongestant effect 0.1% L-lysine escinate solution is used for intravenous stream injection of 5.0 ml per 5.0 ml of isotonic solution of sodium chloride for 3-5 days, depending on severity of disease.
