The method for the surgical correction of the frontal deformities of the knee-joint comprises the access to the proximal division of fibula, the partial resection, the access to the tuberosity of tibia, the drilling of the canals, the dissection of the bone bridges, abduction or adduction of the distal fragment, and the fixation of the bone fragments of tibia.
