摘要

A centering-cutoff machine tool for double-sided cutting of tail-pieces and centering of the billets of the axles of wheel pairs of locomotives and railroad cars of rail transport contains beds with a jack installed on it and two carriages with runners moving on it and with machining mandrels mounted on the runners with mechanisms of cutting additions and heads with metal cutting tools. The machining mandrels mounted on the runners equipped with the drives of adjusting and working displacement are equipped with the heads of vortex turning of end necks and with the heads of finish milling of the ends of billets of axles, and the mechanisms of cutting tail-pieces are made in the form of carriages vertically installed on the housings with possibility of tilting in the transverse plane relative to the billet axis of the sawing traverses equipped with saw blades and mechanisms of adjusting and working displacement in the form of a lever system and hydraulic power cylinders.
