METHOD FOR ANESTHETIC MANAGEMENT OF PATIENTS WITH MASSIVE BLOOD LOSS

The method for the anesthetic management of the patients with the massive blood loss comprises the preoperative sampling and storage of the autologousblood following the monitoring of the cardiovascular system, the examination of echocardiographic parameters of the central hemodynamics, the immune status and the parameters of the red blood. The therapeutic plasmapheresis with blood exfusion of 7-10 ml/kg and substitution hemodilution at a dose of 7-10 ml/kg are performed in the setting of the erythropoiesis stimulation by Eprex at a dose of 10 000 U s/c. The components of the autologous blood are reserved three days and one day preoperatively. Just before the anaesthesia the whole autologous blood is reserved.
