METHOD FOR CARDIODILATING IN THE PATIENTS WITH ACHALASIA AT THE PATHOLOGICAL ESOPHAGUS AXIS DEVIATION

A method for cardiodilating in the patients with the achalasia at pathological esophagus axis deviation consists in combined reciprocating and rotating motion of the dilatator in the luminal narrowing of esophagus at the patient's body half-turn to the left on 45 DEGREE and head turn to the right. Passing of cardial region is performed at the deep forced inhalation and exhalation.
