The method for the early diagnosis of the disordered reproductive function of hypothalamic-pituitary genesis in adolescent girls provides for the examination of the patient and scoring the factors of such a disorder taking into account 24 possible factors including the hereditary factors, the data on the disordered maturation of the reproductive function and the data on the disordered realization of the function. The total score below 3 in hereditary factors only below 6 in hereditary factors plus the data on the disordered maturation of the reproductive function and below 10 in hereditary factors the data on the disordered maturation of the reproductive function, and the data on the disordered realization of the function suggest the mild disorders of the reproductive function. The corresponding scores of 3-7, 6-10 or 10-13 suggest the moderate disorders. Finally, the corresponding scores of more than 7, 10 and 13 are indicative of the severe disorders.
