METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF HYMENOLEPIASIS SEVERITY FORMS

The method for diagnostics of hymenolepiasis severity forms is carried out by the clinical inspection of patient and estimating of clinical blood analysis results. The illness duration is additionallystudied, the main clinical syndrome is selected, the haemoglobin index (Hb) is determined on the basis of clinical blood analysis and leukocytic intoxication index (Lii) is calculated. The mild form is diagnosed if the illness duration is 6 months, allergic and astheno-neurotic clinical syndromes are prevailed, the Hb level is not changed, the LII index is less than 3 units, the medium- severe form - if the illness duration is from 6 to 12 months, dyspepsia clinical syndrome is prevailed, the Hb level is from 120 to 100 g/l, the LII index is more than 3 units, but does not exceed 5 units, the severe form - if the illness duration is more than 12 months, the combination of dyspepsia, general-intoxication and mesenchimal-inflammatory clinical syndromes are prevailed, the Hb level is below 100 g/l, the LII index is more than 5 units.
