METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF ASCITIC FORMS OF DISSEMINATED STOMACH CANCER

The method for treatment of ascitic forms of disseminated stomach cancer consists in performing of Polyplatillen, diluted by physiological solution (0,9 % NaCl) with addition of 4 mg dexametasone, at the one-single dose 250-300 mg/m2. Polyplatillen is administered through the catheter preliminary introduced in the abdominal cavity under the control ultrasonic essay and fixed on posterior wall by sutures. The ascetic fluid is maximally deleted from abdominal cavity before Polyplatillen administration. The treatment effectiveness is controlled on a 3-5 day after Polyplatillen administration and the Polyplatillen administration is repeated in the case of ascitic fluid presence.
