METHOD FOR LOCALIZATION AND UTILIZATION OF CHLORINE EMERGENCY ESCAPE FROM TECHNOLOGICAL CONTATINERS AND EQUIPMENT

A method for localization and utilization of chlorine emergency escape from technological containers and equipment comprises free gas flow on floor ofworking area, warehouse premises of technological container or production equipment, which have certain inclination. Gas recovery is performed at its flow on inclined surfaces of the floor and production equipment followed with its withdrawal outside the premises and dissolution in water. Gas introduction into water is fulfilled due to vacuum, formed at discharge under liquid pressure through annular slot between concentrically installed pipes, one of which is intended for gas introduction into liquid, and another - for carrying out of chlorine absorption process and formation of chlorine hydrate crystals at flow of cooled liquid in a pipe.
