A method for modeling parodontitis in the rats relates to the medicine, in particular to the dentistry and pathophysiology and may be used for studying the novel anti-inflammatory substances at the stage of their preclinical approval as well as for investigating the mechanisms of inflammation in the parodontal tissues.
