A method for the surgical treatment of the discogenic neurocompression syndromes comprises the puncture laser nucleotomy. The multiple fenestrations of the fibrous ring are performed followed by the generation of the canals in the fibrous ring and the laser evaporation of the pulpous nucleus from different positions.
