A METHOD OF AN EARLY DIAGNOSTICS OF THE FUNCTIONAL STATE OF PERIPHERIC BLOOD GRANULOCYTES GENOME IN THE CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE LUNG DISEASES PATIENTS

A method for an early diagnostics of a functional state of peripheric blood granulocytes genome in the chronic obstructive lung diseases patients includes cytological examination of blood cells with detection of nucleus structures thereof. Additionally the cytogenetic analysis of blood neutrocytes is carried out with determination of chromatization indexes (ratio of nuclei with euchromatine predominance and nuclei with a heterochromatin), nucleolar, heteropicnotic X- chromosome and of the morphologically changed nuclei.
