The invention relates to the medicine, namely to anesthesiology and reanimatology and may be used for rehabilitating the patients with the traumatic disease, including the patients with the postoperative injuries. The method comprises the segmental administration of the topical anesthetic using electrophoresis with the galvanic current. The pad soaked in 20-30 mL of 1.5-2% Lydocaine solution or 0.5-1% Novocaine solution is applied vertebro-paravertebrally in the area of the spinal root projections. Then the active electrode (anode) is overplayed. The passive electrode (cathode) is applied transversally or longitudinally relative to the active one. The electrophoresis is performed for 30-40 minutes 2-3 times a day until the complete anesthesia and the restoration of the vegetative functions.
