The invention relates to the medicine, applies to the method for surgical treatment of oblique and straight inguinal hernias. A method includes the separation, sewing and deleting of hernia sac, the plasty of inguinal canal with the use of the meshed allograft, it is fixed by the interrupted sutures. Here the allograft is placed under the external oblique aponeurosis over a spermatic cord. It is fixed by the interrupted sutures to the external oblique aponeurosis and inguinal ligament with the simultaneous forming of external inguinal ring, whereupon the external oblique aponeurosis is sewed up.
