Laparoscopic hernioplasty with plastic correction of extended internal inguinal ring is performed. Above projection of external inguinal ring through additional transverse cut of skin exposed and performed is opening of anterior wall of remaining vaginal process of peritoneum, after which skin wound is sutured.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to perform prevention of liquid accumulation in remaining hernial sac, avoid formation of dropsy of spermatic cord and testicle membranes.;1 ex
