The proposed method for determining content of active substances of Chinook preparation, such as imidaclopride and beta-ciflutrine, in treated rape seeds consists in placing the rape seeds in acetone, extracting the active substances for 60 minutes, and determining the content of the active substances by thin-layer chromatography, using Armsorb thin layer plates, mix of hexane with acetone with the mix component ratio of 2:1, solution of silver nitrate in acetone-ammonium mix, and exposure to ultraviolet radiation for 10 minutes before the expression and for 3 minutes after the expression.
